Creating Awareness About Jainism

Drs. Meera and Jasvant Modi are profoundly influenced by the teaching of Jain philosophy. Their discipline of living, wherever they are, has been based on the doctrines that Jainism edifies. At the core of which one will find non-violence and respect for all living beings. The Modis made it their objective to enlighten those who do not practice Jainism or are unaware of its principles about holistic peace, generosity, and open-mindedness.

They believe this will help the students become global citizens while focusing on nonviolence, tolerance, pluralism, and compassion. They have established and endowed Jain philosophy studies and Jain religion studies at various institutes.
